By then, they had gone to buy elsewhere).

Your current newsletter and marketing campaign to current clients doesn't result in the level of repeat purchases you'd like to see. You know you should personalise the outreach more, but don't have the data or setup to do just that.

You wonder why your many happy clients don't leave a review or send you referral clients. But then again you only asked them once because you still set up your campaigns manually.

Hiring more team member to support you in your marketing pops into your mind every so often. But the thought of having to train and support a new team member sounds way too exhausting. You decide to just stick it out for now until things quiet down a bit (which never happens).
